Meet the team

Meet our friendly and caring staff team. All our staff are checked by DBS at an advanced level to ensure suitability working with children on a daily basis. Koala Day Nursery is also committed to carrying out other vetting checks on staff appropriate for their roles. All our staff are trained in paediatric first aid, food and hygiene and safeguarding. All members of staff are qualified with a suitable Level 3 qualification and above. Koala Day Nursery is committed to the continuous professional development of staff and encourage training through regular supervisions and appraisals. Koala day Nursery also has its own pool of supply staff that are required to work to meet the business needs. These staff are also vetted by Koala Day Nursery and are used regularly to meet ratio demands.
